I had to leave Louisiana and see functional medicine type doctors in Texas to get diagnosed. I'd be dead by now if I'd stayed in Louisiana. I have a long list of the conditions diagnosed through bloodwork and biopsies. Every doctor I saw in Louisiana told me that I looked too good to be sick and that I must just be depressed. I told them that if I'm depressed it's because I'm sick and can't find competent medical care. To one local Louisiana doctor's credit, and only because he had a little crush on me at the time, he did sign a blank lab order for me and let me order my own tests, which is how Hashimoto's thyroiditis was diagnosed. He didn't know how to treat it but prescribed what I asked because I DID know how to properly treat it. When I got my first set of labs from our neurosensory  practitioners in Austin, my physician told me she had never seen anyone walking around with so many systems failing. When I began treatment, the detox made me so sick that I had to have depo medrol/celestone injections at 4 week intervals for about a year.


Proper treatment began in 2010 and I am not on a single medication now. I take a couple of supplements to support my body and it's natural detox process and because I am an alternative practitioner, I treat myself.  The only reason I use doctors at all now is for physical traumas and emergencies that I'm not equipped to deal with at home, which is extremely rare because I have all sorts of knowledge, training, and experience.


As I was taught by MDs, DOs, NDs, and DCs (4 different types of doctors) who work to heal the root cause and get people well, a healthy immune system doesn't just decide to start attacking organs. An immune system attacks pathogens and toxins that have invaded and taken up residence within an otherwise healthy organ. Do you know what happens when you kill the pathogens and detox the organ? The disease goes away.

Wake Up Call, My Son, Autism, and How I Got Here

A personal story about growing up in hospitals due to a sick mother and how it led to a career path in medicine. After college, I was diagnosed with severe untreated ADHD and later became a mother. In this section, I detail the pregnancy and early childhood of my son Nick. Despite constant illnesses and developmental delays, every doctor assured me that Nick was perfectly healthy until he was diagnosed with autism at almost six years old. I researched and tried everything they could find to help my son, including reaching out to a specialist in Louisiana who would eventually become Nick's doctor. Nick was tested and found to have heavy metal toxicity, candida, leaky gut syndrome, and food allergies, among other issues. My family and I are still undergoing treatment and detox to this day, and my mission is to help those who have been harmed by the healthcare system.

My Only Experience With Reiki (So Far)

Reiki is an art that had attracted my curiosity for a while. I'd heard and read mixed information about it and didn't really know how to perceive this information in a way that felt comfortable to me. So for years, I avoided Reiki and all things similar, due to my own misunderstandings and lack of knowledge. I still don't fully understand all of it because it's not something I have studied. My knowledge of it is that it's focused on working with the chakras, which is one of the many things I also do. Believe it or not, just over 3 years ago, I wasn't fully on board with Emotion Code and Body Code because I didn't understand it. I am so glad I figured it out! Here, I will share about my only experience with Reiki and why I had this session. Then I'll link this practitioner in case anyone else wants to try it with this amazing practitioner. The reason I decided to have a session with this particular practitioner is because of feedback a client of mine whom we will call Mac. Below I will include several observations from this Reiki practitioner, Marek, as he worked through a series of sessions with Mac. Then I will include Marek's observations as he he worked through my session. Session 1 with Mac, observations from Marek: "What was very different about your session today was that I had a very strong feeling that the healing energy was directed to your body system as a whole, all at once and not to the individual chakras. No matter how much I wanted to focus on the individual energy centers, it felt like I was instead working on one large unified field of energy that is you. It was peculiar and I am sure there is some higher reason why this was so. It felt like an intelligent design and a higher purpose to this. It felt right. It happened to me only once before with a client but not as strong as today with you. I am sorry I can't explain the reasoning behind this, I wish I knew more." "For that reason, I couldn't tell if there is any particular chakra that needed more healing than others. I couldn't read your chakras because you were in this large blanket of unified white energy field." Session 2 with Mac, observations from Marek: "Again, there was this beautiful bubble of white light surrounding you. It's really there. I am wondering if you have ever done anything consciously for this energy bubble to be there as it is so rare. Maybe in meditations do you visualize for white light bubble surrounding you, or have you ever worked with any other healer that would have placed it there for you, or have you ever had a psychic reading done and they would have said something in the line of strong spiritual protection being with you? I am in awe of this energy surrounding you. Would love to understand it better. If you have any insights about it, please share." "Anyway, I kept focusing as usual, chakra by chakra, from top down, but again I could not read/access information about your individual chakras, yet the healing energy was coming beautifully into your unified energy field." I knew from the first feedback email Mac forwarded me that what Marek was seeing was my work. I think Mac suspected it after either the 1st or 2nd of her sessions with Marek. At this point, I emailed Marek and described my process of prayerfully calling in this light bubble for protection and continued healing. This is something I intuitively taught myself to do through prayer and meditation. You see, when I need to know how to do something, I ask and I am shown. I literally see it play out in my head like a movie. I absolutely credit Michael Jaco and Sherri Divband with all of their talk of love bubbles and such as being my inspiration to learning this technique. Response to me about this from Marek: "I appreciate your honesty in sharing the technique and process you intuitively learned to use to help your clients. That would explain the beautiful white bubble energy I see around "Mac" each time I send her Reiki. How amazing." I scheduled my own session with Marek at this point his feedback was representative of what I already knew of myself. Feedback from Marek about me following my Reiki session: "As I connected with you, your crown chakra opened right away and I sensed a high pitched frequency and a huge amount of energy coming in for you. Also to your third eye." A little information about the crown chakra and third eye... The crown chakra is the spiritual center, located at the top of the head and is associated with wisdom, self-realization, awareness, and connection to the divine (God/Source). The third eye chakra, AKA the brow chakra, is linked with the pineal gland and is intellect, intuition, insight, and perception. Descartes believed the pineal gland to be the seat of the soul. This explains some of my abilities of knowing things without logical explanation and a few other abilities that I have always had. More from Marek about me: "I felt your overall energy of your being nice and light, compared to many of my clients who feel rather heavy, it's always a joy for me to connect with light beings like yourself." "I had a vision of you standing in a receiving energy from the heavens position with your arms wide open stretched upwards with palms and your head facing up. Like a priestess of light would do. I am not sure what that means but it could be a message to let you know that you are connected to higher realms and you are working with energies from the cosmos..." "At one point I had a strong sense of your positive impact on others. It was a nice recognition of your gifts you bring to this world." After my session with Marek, Mac had another session. Here is his feedback to her regarding this white light bubble: "The white light bubble was still around your body. When I ask intuitively if it was created by Danielle, I get a yes. If it is beneficial to you, I get a yes." So there you have it, independent confirmation of my work, as I had no interaction with Marek prior to my client working with him. For Marek to have seen my work in such a profound manner, I am impressed with his skill and recommend him to anyone who is interested in a Reiki session. I'll link his website below.
