Inner Child & Trauma Healing
Exercise 1
Imagine yourself as a child. You, as a child, are sitting on your lap. Imagine your child version of yourself is hurt, crying. Comfort her. Stroke her hair. Tell her everything is going to be alright. You made it. You are OK now and she will be as well. Hug her and hold the embrace until you feel she is OK. She will get through all of this, just as you did. You are so strong and so loved. Now, take her hand and lead her out of the trauma and all of the struggles. See yourself playing with her. She is happy. She is laughing. She has nothing to worry about. She is healed.
Exercise 2
These affirmations are designed for those of us who really struggle with loving ourselves. The "I will" in front of each statement is a promise to yourself to try. These are only a primer to get you ready for the next step. Say these for 3 days and then move to present/present perfect tense. If there is another statement that fits, feel free to add or amend as necessary.
I will love myself.
I will accept myself and all that is me.
I will know that I am loved.
I will know that I am beautiful.
I will know that I am worthy.
I will know that I deserve love.
I will know that I deserve to be healed.
I will know that I deserve great things. and a wonderful life.
I will know that I am not broken.
I will be whole and fulfilled.
I will be healed completely.
I will forgive myself.
I will be loved.
I will love and accept all of me.
Exercise 3
Say each of these daily for a minimum of 30 days.
I am loving myself.
I am accepting myself and all that is me.
I am loved.
I am beautiful.
I am worthy.
I deserve love.
I deserve to be healed.
I deserve great things and a wonderful life.
I am not broken.
I am whole and fulfilled.
I am healed.
I forgive myself.
I am loved.
I love and accept all of me.
Exercise 4
This exercise can be done alongside the others if you feel ready. If you don't feel ready yet, begin after completing exercise 3.
Think of all of the people who have hurt you. Make a list of each one who comes to mind. One by one, imagine each one of them, one at a time, knocking on your door, asking for your forgiveness. Forgive them. Now, imagine that there is another knock at your door. Open the door and see yourself standing there, asking for your forgiveness. Now forgive yourself.
It's OK to cry. Crying is a good, cleansing thing. This is all about helping you heal. I am definitely not encouraging you to contact any of these people who hurt you. This is about you, helping you heal. Remember, you are loved, people do care, and you are not alone. You will almost certainly need to do these exercises more than once. Repeat as you feel the need.
Exercise 5
When you have completed the above exercises, this one can be completed with ease. Begin this one as soon as you choose.
A. Take a deep breath. Imagine all low vibration energies leaving your body as you exhale. Repeat as needed. Examples of low vibration energies: fear, anxiety, depression, anger, bitterness, hatred, sadness, etc.
B. Imagine a ball of light in your solar plexus area (bottom of sternum). This ball of light is your love bubble. Expand your love bubble in all directions outside and around your body. Nothing can penetrate this bubble unless it vibrates with the love frequency inside, out, and all the way through. Nothing can hurt you. You are safe. You are protected. You are loved. You are love.
Rovoking Negative Spiritual/Soul Contracts, Karma, Energy
I am no longer in alignment or agreement with negative karma and I rovoke all consent. I unbind, revoke, and release any and all agreements, permissions, and contracts through all space, time, dimensions, and planes of existence that have allowed negative karma to affect my life in this lifetime and all previous lifetimes.

I unbind, revoke, and release any and all agreements, permissions, and contracts through all space, time, dimensions, and planes of existence that have allowed negative relationships to affect my life in this lifetime and all previous lifetimes.

I unbind, revoke, and release any and all agreements, permissions, and contracts through all space, time, dimensions, and planes of existence that have allowed negative contracts to affect my life in this lifetime and all previous lifetimes.
I am no longer in alignment or agreement with negative experiences and I rovoke all consent. I unbind, revoke, and release any and all agreements, permissions, and contracts through all space, time, dimensions, and planes of existence that have allowed negative experiences to affect my life in this lifetime and all previous lifetimes.
I am no longer in alignment or agreement with negative people and I rovoke all consent. I unbind, revoke, and release any and all agreements, permissions, and contracts through all space, time, dimensions, and planes of existence that have allowed negative people to affect my life in this lifetime and all previous lifetimes.
I no longer consent to anything that does not serve my highest good.
I am only in agreement and alignment with that which serves my highest good.

Breaking agreements that could be holding you back and stepping into your true self
I am not in agreement or alignment with _______. I no longer allow _______ to be a part of my life. Through all space, time, dimensions, planes of existence, and lifetimes, I revoke and dissolve all agreements, permissions, and contracts that have allowed _______ to be a part of my life. I no longer allow _______ to affect my life in any way. So be it and so it is.
Top choices to fill in blanks: fear, anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, depression, unworthy, chronic illness, pain
I am happy.
I am healthy.
I am healed.

Calling Your Power Back to You
You should only need this one a few times, but use it any time you feel like anyone or any situation has control over you. NO ONE can or should control how you feel or how you allow yourself to be affected by anything. You, and only you, are in control of how you feel and how you respond.
Through all space, time, dimensions, and planes of existence, I call my power back to me where it belongs. I revoke all permissions, agreements, and contracts that have allowed my power to be taken from me. Where I have willingly given my power to any person, place, animal, thing, or entity, I now revoke consent. My power is to remain with and in me where it belongs. So be it and so it is.
